About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Care Team Lead. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting our frontline staff to deliver high-quality, bespoke care to individuals with learning disabilities.
About You
Successful applicants will have experience of managing or supporting teams, using person-centred planning techniques, and delivering excellent support practices. You will also have strong facilitation skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage individual budgets.
