Senior Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Nurse Specialist to join our team at Sussexcommunity. As a key member of our community nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a defined caseload.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized care plans to achieve improved health outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient-centered care.
- Supervise junior staff and students, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards of care.
- Contribute to the development of a culture of service improvement, promoting quality and safety in all aspects of patient care.
