Associate Dean

We are seeking an experienced Associate Dean to lead our assessment and quality assurance processes, ensuring that our programs are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in academic management, quality assurance, and assessment. They will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of assessment processes, ensuring that they are fair, valid, and reliable. They will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of our programs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.
The Associate Dean will work closely with our faculty, staff, and stakeholders to ensure that our programs meet the needs of our students and the industry. They will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to assessment and quality assurance, and for ensuring that our programs are compliant with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, and be able to apply them in a higher education context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of assessment processes
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of our programs
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to assessment and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to ensure program quality
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program quality
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in academic management, quality assurance, and assessment
- Strong background in quality assurance principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
