Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Dean to lead our higher education programmes and ensure their continued success and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management to our academic teams, ensuring that our programmes meet the highest academic standards and provide a world-class learning experience for our students.

The Associate Dean will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our programmes, including the development and implementation of our learning and teaching strategy. They will also be responsible for ensuring that our academic standards are met through the assessment process and that the marking criteria of our collaborative partners are consistently met by all teaching staff involved in the assessment of students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management in higher education, with experience of programme management and quality assurance. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels and with external partners.
