At Lidl, we're looking for a reliable and organised Retail Shift Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for maintaining our high standards day after day.

You'll motivate your team, take responsibility for the shop floor, and keep our store running like clockwork.

In return, we'll give you a competitive hourly pay rate, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles

  • Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
