Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Store Experience Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and team management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and store performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store plans, including stock levels, promotions, and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and team management experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including sales strategies, visual merchandising, and stock management.
