Building Safety Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Consultant to join our team at Niyaa People. As a Building Safety Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients in the commercial sector, housing organisations, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing Building Safety case reports for a wide range of buildings
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to provide them with the advice and support needed
  • Producing Building Safety Cases for clients and working with their ongoing requirements
  • Attending sites to review systems installations or providing bespoke advice on works
  • Completing pre and post works inspections throughout the programmes of work
Requirements:
  • A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel
  • Previous experience in a Building Safety Consultancy role
  • Social Housing/Local authority experience or background
