We are seeking talented individuals to join our Teacher Training Programme, where you will embark on a rewarding journey of classroom-based Initial Teacher Training (ITT) with Ark Teacher Training and Lift Schools.
Salary and BenefitsAs a trainee teacher, you can expect a salary of £25,758 in London or £21,731 outside London, plus tuition fees paid by Lift Schools. Upon completion of the programme, you will receive a guaranteed second-year salary of £31,650 (£36,413 in London). You will also be entitled to a generous teacher pension scheme, private health insurance, Blue Light Card discounts, and Vivup company discount scheme.
Job DescriptionThe training programme is a school-based ITT that combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience in the classroom. As a trainee teacher, you will spend half a day every week in sessions with your Ark tutor and other trainees from the network. This immersive approach will equip you with the skills and confidence to succeed as a qualified teacher.
