Job Title: HR Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Partner to join our team in Park Royal. As an HR Partner, you will be responsible for providing an effective day-to-day HR service and developing and embedding people initiatives aligned with our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the General Manager to develop and deliver the People Plan for the site.
  • Coach site leaders on leading their people to deliver success and live our culture and values.
  • Provide robust debate on people matters to ensure great business decisions are driven with colleagues and customers at the heart.
  • Ensure all managers have the relevant level of training, coaching, and support to manage their people.
  • Use ER data to highlight trends and provide solutions.
  • Support line managers in complex ER cases, ensuring they are conducted with a consistent approach.
  • Actively manage colleague retention and absence, analysing data to reduce attrition.
  • Support change initiatives, ensuring they are implemented in accordance with best practice.
  • Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for colleagues and new line managers.
  • Drive engagement on site through Employee Communication Forums, listening groups, and Sysco Speaks action plans.
  • Support performance management and team development through continuous performance practices.

Requirements:

  • Sound and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and legislation.
  • Strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience of facilitating change and a strong understanding of the concepts and challenges of change management.
  • CIPD qualified (level 5) or qualified by experience and ready to do your qualification.
