Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Thomas Jean Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll and pension processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, monthly, and annual payrolls
- Managing payroll and pension schemes, including setting up new PAYE and pension schemes
- Uploading pension contributions to various pension providers
- Salary payment processing and auto enrolment duties
- Year-end payroll procedures and P60 reporting
The successful candidate will have experience with Sage payroll software and a strong understanding of payroll regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous payroll experience, preferably in a bureau environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
