Payroll Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Thomas Jean Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll and pension processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, monthly, and annual payrolls
  • Managing payroll and pension schemes, including setting up new PAYE and pension schemes
  • Uploading pension contributions to various pension providers
  • Salary payment processing and auto enrolment duties
  • Year-end payroll procedures and P60 reporting

The successful candidate will have experience with Sage payroll software and a strong understanding of payroll regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous payroll experience, preferably in a bureau environment
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • A competitive salary up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
