We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Acquisitions Team at Nationalmuseums. This is a varied role where the right candidate will make a key contribution to building the national collections by acquiring print and digital publications for the Library.

As part of a wider team of Acquisitions Librarians, you will carry out a range of tasks across the donation, purchase, and subscription acquisition workflows. Key responsibilities include:

  • Checking and recording new acquisitions and invoices on Library systems;
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of Library collections;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and efficient acquisition processes;
  • Providing excellent customer service to stakeholders and colleagues;
