Strategic Network Operations Manager

Amazon Transportation Services Network Operations (ATS NetOps) team is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that improve the ATS network operations flow and drive cost out initiatives. This role will impact all miles in Europe, including the first mile, Customer Fulfillment Centers, ATS Sort Centers, and Last Mile Delivery Stations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement programs to improve the end-to-end network flow and yield free cash flow for the organization.
- Collaborate with the team to set business requirements and targets.
- Analyze and document standard and new processes.
- Identify and validate innovative solutions to improve processes.
- Work with teams across the EU region to build alignment and secure stakeholder buy-in.
As a Senior PM, you will work on multiple large-scale initiatives, driving complex problems to deliver actionable results. You will collaborate with other teams to maximize impact and work across organizations to engage with Project/Program Managers and Senior Leadership.
About the TeamAmazon Transportation Services (EU ATS) is a high-powered creative team shaping the transportation planning and execution within the Middle Mile operations network. This team develops and applies innovative transportation management concepts to improve and enhance the transportation network and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through reliability and cost efficiencies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- A Degree
- Relevant experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
- Experience leading process improvements
- SQL
