Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Apprentice HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR team, processing employee lifecycle stages, answering payroll queries, and maintaining employee records. They will also support with annual salary reviews and Group wide projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with internal and external HR-related enquiries.
  • Action contract variations, including drafting letters and contracts.
  • Advising on Work Life Integration Policy and Inclusive Leave Policy.
  • Maintain customer benefits, including pension, private medical, and drivers check.
  • Benefits maintenance, ensuring timely updates.
  • Notetaking for Employee Relations cases.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently. You must be happy to attend site daily and available for the full 1-year fixed-term contract.
