Job Summary:

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Team Manager to join our Family Solutions Plus team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children, young people, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of policies, processes, and practices that support the Family Safeguarding Model.
  • Ensure that plans for children are implemented in accordance with statutory and Council requirements and timescales.
  • Manage and allocate staff and resources to prioritize and manage demands on the service.
  • Build and promote successful partnership working across agencies and with children and young people and their families.
  • Develop and embed a performance culture within the team to ensure targets are met and poor performance is effectively managed.
  • Continual professional development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the Family Safeguarding Model.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
