About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead our technology transformation initiatives.

">

This role requires an experienced leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology programs that enable business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop and execute the overall technology transformation portfolio in alignment with organisational goals.">
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology transformation programs, including business transformation initiatives, system upgrades, platform migrations, and digital transformation.">
  • Establish governance frameworks and steering committees to provide oversight, ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, and maintain transparency in reporting.">
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders for technology elements of transformation initiatives.">
  • Identify and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring they deliver on time, within scope, and according to contractual agreements.">
  • Lead a team of engineers, developers, agile coaches, scrum masters, programme managers, project managers, testers, and technical experts to deliver on technology transformation objectives.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in working with agile methodology, leading and managing engineering teams.">
  • Experience in shaping and influencing a technology strategy, including Digital, with a proven ability in owning and setting strategies, patterns, standards, policies, roadmaps, and vision statements.">
  • Experience in programme/project management, producing & sharing RAID logs with visible and transparent stakeholder management. Proficient understanding and use of programming languages, frameworks, and tools, such as Java, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.">
  • Proven ability to define and execute the technical vision and strategy for Omnichannel, and to deliver solutions that meet the business needs and expectations.">
  • Hands-on experience in using various cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their services and features.">
  • Significant knowledge of modern technical architecture models, web and cloud technology, DevOps, software development including BDD and TDD, and data management methodologies.">
