About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities Intelligence and Digital Experience team at Amazon. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition, planning, and execution of multi-year technical programs addressing cross-functional dependencies and risks.
  • Identify and address program-level risks and roadblocks proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Implement and improve program management methodologies tools and templates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role.
  • Strong stakeholder management communication abilities with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Expertise in program management methodologies tools and techniques e.g. Agile Waterfall JIRA Confluence.
  • Proficient in project planning risk management and resource allocation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management.
  • Master's degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Certification in project management e.g. PMP PRINCE2.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational transformation and change.

The estimated salary for this role is $120000 - $180000 per annum based on industry standards location and job requirements.
