Compassionate Support Worker

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year's experience working in care within the UK, with a focus on supporting adults with complex needs, including challenging behaviours and mental health needs. You will be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families, while demonstrating a caring and empathetic approach to your work.
In return, we offer a competitive estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on a 38.5-hour working week, along with a comprehensive benefits package worth up to £5,000. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and career through government-funded RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care and access to specialist training beyond mandatory requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mealtimes.
- Observing and reporting changes in resident condition or care needs.
- Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and family members.
