About the Role

Cornerstone Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Kitnocks House. Our 63-bed service provides high-quality care across 4 specialised units, supporting residents with varying complex care needs. We focus on individualised care, considering the whole person and their unique challenges.

We are currently rated Overall Good with CQC and are committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 12 months of previous experience working in care (essential)
  • The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families
  • A caring and empathetic approach to residents and their visitors
