Community Support Staff Member

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Case Worker for Homeless Individuals in Surrey Heath.
As a Case Worker, you will be responsible for providing direct support to clients on a 1:1 and small group basis. This will involve working closely with local agencies and partners to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting home visits and assessments
- Developing and implementing personalized support plans
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of homeless individuals and be able to provide empathetic and effective support.
Estimated Salary: £12,500 per annum.
