Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Opportunity

We are working with an established law firm, Chadwick Nott, to strengthen their residential conveyancing team due to growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload, including sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold properties.

The successful candidate will be able to work on a busy residential conveyancing caseload, providing expert advice to clients and ensuring a smooth transaction process. If you are a solicitor, CILEx, or Licenced Conveyancer with residential conveyancing experience, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
  • Provide expert advice to clients on residential conveyancing matters
  • Ensure a smooth transaction process for clients

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience in residential conveyancing
  • Experience of managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
  • Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing law and procedures
