Lead Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to join our team at Badby Park in Daventry. As a Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals with neurological illnesses and acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.
You will lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care, ensuring the day-to-day operations of your unit are performing well. Your responsibilities will include delegating nursing tasks, monitoring service users' conditions, supervising team members, and making critical decisions regarding service user assignments and staff scheduling.
We offer a competitive annual salary of £40,000 - £42,000 (D.O.E), 33 days annual leave, free meals and parking, and a range of other benefits. If you are a motivated and compassionate nurse with leadership skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
