As a Housing Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing tenancy support to our customers, engaging with them to ensure their properties are homes they can be proud of. You will also assist with housing benefit claims, issue warning letters and notices, and turn around vacant or void rooms and properties within set timescales.

Key Responsibilities- Manage a housing management caseload, ensuring that our customers' properties are safe and well-maintained.
- Provide tenancy support to our customers, engaging with them to ensure their properties are homes they can be proud of.
- Assist with housing benefit claims, ensuring that these are received on our customers' rent accounts.
- Issue warning letters and notices, and attend court when necessary.
- Turn around vacant or void rooms and properties within set timescales.
- Ensure that we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met.
