Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team at IP-People. As a key member of our Service Desk Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd Line IT support to our end-users, resolving technical issues and escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
  • Uphold our company Service Level Agreements, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with our Service Desk Team to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and support.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace and Cloud technologies, including Intune and Autopilot.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Service Desk IT Support, with a strong focus on technical problem-solving and customer service.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and networking principles.
  • Strong interest and experience in IT services, solutions, and technology.
  • Proficiency in PC's, servers, backup, Firewalls, switching, and routers.
  • Relevant IT certifications, such as Microsoft Associate, CCNA, AWS, GCP, ITIL, or PRINCE, are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
