Job Summary:

Covetrus is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Sheffield. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless day-to-day order processing.

  • Technical Support: Escalate technical questions to the Technical Support Specialist team as appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.

  • Administration: Perform administrative tasks as required, including data entry and record-keeping.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of new procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Ideally, candidates will have experience in a highly commercial customer service department within a sales-focused organization.

  • Education: Ideally, educated to GCSE or equivalent.

  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with in-house bespoke systems and/or Sage.
