About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at the Arnold Clark Group. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales administration and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record and update vehicle stock information in a timely manner.
  • Verify the accuracy of vehicle stock details and ensure they are correctly advertised online.
  • Obtain and securely file all necessary vehicle documents.
  • Process vehicle sales taxation and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Generate accurate and timely vehicle sales invoices that match customer order forms.
  • Ensure all vehicle sales documentation is complete and payment is received.
  • Develop a strong understanding of manufacturer systems and bonuses for new vehicles.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organization and ability to multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
