About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at the Arnold Clark Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our sales administration team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately record and update vehicle stock details in a timely manner.
  • Verify the accuracy of vehicle stock information and ensure it is correctly advertised online.
  • Obtain, record, and securely file all necessary vehicle documents.
  • Process vehicle taxation and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Prepare and issue accurate vehicle sales invoices that match customer order forms.
  • Ensure all vehicle sales documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Develop a strong understanding of manufacturer systems and bonuses for new vehicles.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to work.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a plus.
