GAP Pump Services is a leading provider of advice, servicing, maintenance, and repair for dewatering and sewerage pump applications. We offer a wide range of hoses, settlement tanks, and water processing solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, processing orders, and supporting our sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Incoming Sales Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Process Orders: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, including delivery and installation of products.
  3. Support the Sales Team: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and data analysis to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain Customer Databases: Update and maintain accurate customer records, including contact information and order history.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administration role, preferably in the pump industry.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
