Head of Online Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Head of Online Marketing to lead our B2C marketing efforts and drive engagement in the digital sphere. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for B2C marketing projects across various digital platforms.
  • Manage a small online marketing team, including copywriters, content producers, and other specialists.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual content, including photo and video shoots, to align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and use insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Head of Online Marketing, with strong B2C e-commerce marketing knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, within the B2C retail/consumer goods/physical product sectors.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, SEO, PPC, and email marketing software.
