Senior Food Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Food Scientist to join our R&D team and lead the development of new ingredients and processes for our Sweet Treats portfolio.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement new ingredients and processes to improve product quality and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with our Company Nutritionist to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the nutrition profile of our products, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and brand standards.
  • Provide technical expertise on ingredient functionality, recipe balance, and process application.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc in Food Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in R&D, nutrition, or applications.
  • Strong line management skills and people management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
