About the Role:
  • Provide 1:1 support and work with smaller groups in class and out of it, helping children to manage their behaviour effectively.
  • Oversee a variety of children with different needs, such as ADHD, SEMH, and SEN.

The Behaviour Mentor will be part of a dedicated team that provides support from the senior lead team, other behaviour mentors, SENDco, and pastoral support workers.
