About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring processes at Gilson Gray LLP. The ideal candidate will develop effective recruitment strategies, manage the talent acquisition process, and ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.

As a key member of the HR team, this individual will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on best recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job brief to offer, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and workforce analytics
  • Sourcing and attracting diverse candidates through targeted advertising, networking, and proactive outreach
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the firm at networking events, career fairs, and graduate recruitment events
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas to improve processes and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organisations
