Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Temporary Administrator to provide administrative support to various departments within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize documents, records, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to the public and internal staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Working Arrangement: This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our administrative functions while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working.
Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months with potential to extend.
Salary: £12 per hour.
