We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries and organising meetings
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the business to establish priorities and manage team expectations
  • Reading, monitoring, and responding to emails as requested
  • Answering calls and handling queries
  • Planning, organising, and managing events for the Managing Director

Requirements:

  • At least one year's experience working as a Personal Assistant
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
