We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Public Protection team as an Anti-Social Behaviour Reduction Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in our communities and work collaboratively with various services to tackle crime and disorder.
About the Role:- Manage and plan a coordinated response to ASB cases between residents and support strategies to reduce crime, disorder, and fear of crime in our communities.
- Work closely with Wiltshire Police, area board managers, community safety partners, and housing associations to promote a problem-solving approach to tackle issues.
- Take enforcement action using Closure Orders, Community Protection Warnings, and Notices.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce ASB and improve community safety.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address the root causes of ASB.
- Provide support and guidance to residents affected by ASB.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage and influence customers, partners, and stakeholders in complex situations.
