Job Title: Behaviour Specialists - Graduate's to work in SEN Schools with Behaviour Support


Protocol Education Ltd is looking for Behaviour Specialists who have graduated and want to work in SEN Schools. The role involves supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, working with a variety of children on a 1:1 or group basis, across the age and ability spectrum. You will work alongside key school staff and existing behaviour plans to improve levels of pupil behaviour exhibited in class.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Working with pupils with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 or group basis
  • Collaborating with key school staff to implement behaviour plans
  • Providing behaviour support and interventions to pupils
  • Building relationships with pupils to act as a mentor and role model

Requirements:



  • Graduate with a degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working with children with challenging behaviour
  • Ability to work with a variety of children on a 1:1 or group basis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of behaviour theories and interventions
