Construction Safety Expert

About the Role:
As a Senior CDM Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on construction health and safety matters. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are delivered safely and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.
- Manage the health and safety file from project inception to completion.
- Review construction phase plans and issue pre-construction information packs.
- Attend design team and client meetings to provide advice on risk management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Nebosh Construction Diploma or equivalent.
- Professional membership to IOSH or APS (desirable).
- Excellent knowledge of 2015 CDM Regulations and associated documentation.
- 2-3 years experience in a consultancy setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
