At Carriera, we're seeking a seasoned Health and Safety expert to join our team in Colchester. With 4 offices across the UK, our client provides construction services to clients of all sizes, spanning various sectors nationwide.

Compensation Package

We offer an attractive salary of around £40,000 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience. Your benefits include:

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have approximately 2 years' experience in health and safety, a confident approach, and a solid understanding of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015. Key responsibilities include preparing Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Policies, and Operating & Maintenance Manuals. Additionally, you'll provide H&S and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training, as desired.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • Association of Project Safety Membership
  • In-depth knowledge of current health and safety legislation
  • A valid CSCS card
  • A full driving licence
