The Role

We are seeking a highly ambitious and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Property Investment Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for speaking with investors who have enquired about our property investment opportunities. This will involve conducting high-level commercial conversations with investors to understand their investment goals and criteria, and presenting them with tailored investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with investors to understand their investment goals and criteria
  • Present tailored investment solutions to investors, highlighting the benefits and potential returns of each opportunity
  • Conduct high-level commercial conversations with investors to negotiate sales and secure new business
  • Work closely with our development partners to source new investment opportunities and stay up-to-date with market trends
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on delivering high-value sales and strong revenue growth

What We Offer

As a Property Investment Sales Consultant with TK Property Group, you can expect a competitive salary, realistic and proven OTE, and a range of benefits, including:

  • Basic salary: £25,000 to £32,000 dependant on proven sales success
  • OTE: £80,000 +, with current top performers achieving over £150,000
  • Holidays: 21 days plus Bank Holidays
  • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Subsidized parking and team incentives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales record and experience in sales negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investors
  • Good knowledge of the financials surrounding property investments, including yields, interest rates, and return on investment rates
  • IT literate with CRM's and email
  • Able to multi-task in a changing market and adapt to new properties brought to market quickly
