Job Summary

We are seeking a highly ambitious and driven Property Investment Sales Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for speaking with investors about property investment opportunities, providing expert advice, and negotiating sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, providing them with expert advice on property investment opportunities
  • Negotiate sales of property investments with investors, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, providing insights to investors and colleagues
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Conduct site visits to meet with clients and inspect properties
Requirements
  • Proven sales record and experience in sales negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the financial aspects of property investment, including yields, interest rates, and return on investment
  • IT literate with CRM's and email
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to new properties and market trends
What We Offer
  • Competitive basic salary of £25,000 to £32,000
  • Realistic and proven OTE of £80,000 +
  • Current top performing consultant OTE over £150,000
  • Holidays 21 days plus Bank Holidays
  • Working hours 37.5 hours per week
