Job Summary

We are seeking highly ambitious, driven, and experienced sales professionals to join our rapidly growing company. As a Property Investment Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for speaking to investors who have enquired about property investments we offer. This will involve conversing with investors at a high, commercial level over the telephone about the financial returns and opportunities each property investment presents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Converse with investors about property investments and their financial returns
  • Build relationships with investors to understand their investment goals and criteria
  • Provide expert advice on property investments and their potential for capital growth and rental income
  • Work closely with our team to identify and secure new investment opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
  • Proven sales record and experience selling investments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with investors and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the financials surrounding property investments, including yields, interest rates, and return on investment rates
  • Experience in sales negotiation and closing deals
  • Good personal and written presentation skills
  • IT literate with CRM's and email
What We Offer
  • Competitive basic salary of £25,000 to £32,000
  • Realistic and proven OTE of £80,000+
  • Current top performing consultant OTE over £150,000
  • Holidays 21 days plus Bank Holidays
  • Working hours 37.5 hours per week
