As a Property Investment Consultant, you will be responsible for representing our company and its investment opportunities to potential clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with investors who have enquired about our property investment opportunities via various channels. \t
  • Follow a structured sales approach to present our investment opportunities and address client inquiries. \t
  • Develop a deep understanding of our investment portfolio and be able to recommend alternative opportunities to clients with varying needs and preferences. \t
  • Conduct office-based sales activities via phone, email, WhatsApp, and web meetings, with occasional site visits to meet with clients. \t
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and financials surrounding property investments, including yields, interest rates, and return on investment rates. \t
  • Negotiate sales agreements with clients, both in-person and over the phone. \t
  • Utilize CRM software, phone systems, Microsoft Office tools, and other technology to manage client relationships and sales activities.
