TK Property Group is seeking an ambitious and driven sales professional to join our established company in Manchester, Media City. As a Property Investment Consultant, you will represent industry-renowned property developers and secure earnings well over £80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with investors who have enquired about property investment opportunities via various channels.
  2. Follow a structured dialogue and sales process to present property investment options.
  3. Retain detailed information about various investment opportunities to present alternative options to investors.
  4. Conduct office-based communication via phone, email, WhatsApp, and web meetings, with occasional on-site visits to clients.
  5. Develop a strong understanding of property investment financials, including yields, interest rates, and return on investment rates.
  6. Negotiate sales effectively, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  7. Be proficient in CRM's, phone systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
