Job Title: Property Investment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Investment Consultant to join our team at TK Property Group. As a Property Investment Consultant, you will be responsible for speaking with investors who have enquired about property investments we offer, via inbound emails, enquiries, or calls as a result of our online marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Converse with investors about property investments, highlighting financial returns and opportunities
  • Meet with clients on-site to discuss investment opportunities
  • Utilize CRM's and email to communicate with clients and investors
  • Multi-task in a changing market and adapt to new properties brought to market quickly
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients and investors

About Us:

TK Property Group has over 30 years of property experience and sources UK buy-to-let investment opportunities with leading developers for our investors and end users to secure. We focus predominantly on off-plan investment properties for our investors to rent out or re-sell once they are built.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary of £25,000 to £32,000 dependant on proven sales success
  • Realistic and proven OTE of £80,000 +
  • Current top performing consultant OTE over £150,000
  • Holidays 21 days plus Bank Holidays
  • Working hours 37.5 hours per week
  • Subsidised parking, monthly booster bonuses and team incentives
