Job Summary

We are seeking highly ambitious and driven sales professionals to join our team as Investment Sales Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on property investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including property developers and investors
  • Provide expert advice on property investments, including financial analysis and market trends
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the property or real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of property investments, including financial analysis and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • IT literate with CRM systems and email
