The Operational Support Specialist will work closely with the General Manager to prioritize their needs, provide box office support, and foster a strong professional relationship. This role is ideal for an individual who is highly organized, able to multitask, and possesses excellent communication skills.

About Us:
We are Clonter Opera Theatre, a charity that provides a nurturing professional environment for emerging artists. Our community projects include accessible performances for people with dementia or autism, and an annual summer fair.

Responsibilities:
* Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
* Events Programming Support: Assist with planning and coordinating events, including liaising with the executive team, cast, and crew.
* Box Office Support: Provide support during performances, including working weekends.
* Liaising with the Team: Confidently and professionally liaise with the executive team, cast, crew, audience members, and volunteers.

Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Applications
* Ability to quickly learn new databases and software
* No holidays in July (Due to major annual production)
* Own transport, as we are situated in a rural location with no public transport
* Experience of using Spektrix or other CRM systems
* Interest in music/theatre &/or the arts
* Holiday – 28 days holiday including bank holidays
