As a Principal Software Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting software products throughout their lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Analysing software products using BAES processes to derive software support strategies.
  • Reviewing software source documentation and interpreting technical information to produce system-level software support case reports.
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement and attending collaboration working groups to inform maintenance design scope of work.
  • Providing software SME advice to the wider ILS community and supporting mapping activity between BAE software analysis outputs and other key stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent skills knowledge and experience in software support discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems related to software support and identify critical issues.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, with estimated earnings ranging from £50,000 to over £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits including a pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and access to flexible working arrangements.
