About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Expert to join our team at Omega, a leading recruitment agency with a rich legacy of excellence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and acquire top talent for our clients across various sectors, leveraging expertise and industry knowledge to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to managed accounts, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of results.
  • Support team members with opportunities involving key accounts and clients, fostering a cohesive and successful team environment.
  • Drive billed revenue by navigating the full recruitment lifecycle, providing high-quality service to candidates and clients at every stage.
  • Identify and generate new business leads to support recruitment consultants and business development managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding and supporting them in their job search journey.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of hunting and acquiring top talent across engineering and FMCG markets.
  • Experience in a delivery-style role, recruitment consultant role, or talent acquisition role.
  • A passion for building lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for success in a dynamic environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability, with a flair for thriving in fast-paced environments.
