Systems Engineering Product Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at BAE Systems in Warton, Lancashire.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in a STEM discipline or HND/HNC with sound experience in the engineering lifecycle
- Evidence-based experience in an engineering integration environment, particularly in aerospace, automotive, rail, and nuclear industries
- Proficient in Model-Based Engineering approaches and supporting tools, such as Teamcenter PLM, DOORs, CAMEO, MATLAB, and ANSYS
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization
- A self-starter with proactive approach to working effectively in a team
