Role: Head of CDM/ Principal Designer services
Location: London/ South East (remote/ hybrid working environment with nationwide travel)
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + attractive benefits package
Sector: Property & Construction Consultancy
Our client, a leading property and construction consultancy, is seeking an experienced CDM Advisor/ Principal Designer to lead a team and drive excellence in construction design management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in CDM and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. They will also have a deep understanding of the CDM regulations and a commitment to ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all personnel on site.
